Hi , I'm 29 and have been married for 10 years . I have alot of gay and bi friends , but I've always considered myself straight . Twice I have gotten drunk and kissed my best friend . ( she's gay ) but the next day was awkard since we are like sisters. I have been daydreaming lately about being with a woman . I've even had real dreams about it . I think maybe deep down I've always been a lil attracted to women but was never able to admit it . The thought of being with a woman excites me but also scares me a lil . I don't know how to explain what I'm feeling . Maybe I'm just confused or something ? I want to find out but it's all just new to me . I've been with my hubby since I was 17 - and never cheated on him - and he is ok with me being with a girl . The thing is I don't just want to have --- with a female - I want to have a connection and truely understand this side of me . I'd love to chat with someone who feels like I do or who has some insight for me ... thanks

gigi

`I don't think you are confused, I would say you sound curious. You are very lucky to have an acceoting husband. Mine is also, although he knew I was bi, before we got together. I still appreciate his open mindedness. I think given the right situation, where you were free to explore you desires, without any expectation, you would gain a better understanding of yourself. I'm sure I could say lots more on this topic, but don't want my reply longer than your post, lol.

I am in a very similiar situation and man am I glad to hear that I am not the only one! I am also 29, and have been with the same man for almost 17 years and been married now for a year. He also is accepting to this new curiousity that I have, why wouldn't he be, right?!? I am not real sure what has brought these feelings out of me, not viewed myself as bi or even curious until I became close with a now really good friend and she flirts with me. She is always giving me mixed signals and I have flat out told her that I would love to play around, but she never goes for it and neither do I. I think we are too shy since neither one of us has had a bi experience. I feel your pain, I am constantly going back and forth with my thinking, am I really bi or just looking for affection from someone other than my man? I do find woman beautiful and the thought of being with a woman excites something inside of me almost more than being with another man does, specially if it were with this friend!
