Because I am redefining me... I am a separated woman who is looking for friendship and possible relationship with another female. I want a woman for myself who I can cherish and be friends with first. I have had a few experiences over the years, but I tried for years to mentally block my interest in women and not acknowledge it. Now, I know I need to accept myself the way I am and explore the side of me that wants to be with a woman. I'm not just talking about sex, but also the close relationship and ability to understand a woman AS a woman. I think bisexuality is natural and I have always looked at women from a very young age. I often find women to be beautiful, soft and alluring even when they are not trying to be. I hope to find a woman that I can cuddle with, hold hands, whisper sweet words to and wants to do the same with me. That woman also needs to be smart especially in common sense areas, respect me for my opinions and allow me to be emotional and honest. I am blunt, and the biggest complaint of anyone I've ever dated is my tone of voice. I have been working on adjusting that for the last 20 years and will probably be doing it for the rest of my life, but my relationships (and myself) is important enough to work on it. I am not a one night stand type of girl, and need to be emotionally involved at some level with my partner. I hope to find someone who is not going to be overly dependent on me, and has their own life because I have mine. I want the woman I date to be able to know I care about them when I can't physically be there, and trust is a huge issue. If you are a liar of any degree, don't bother responding. I want to talk to someone for a while and get to know them before taking any other steps.
