Here for someone. Maybe someone's here for me. The difficult bit. Just trying to make his way through life. Prospective author. I mainly write sci-fi/fantasy although I like to delve as well. Like a lot of computer based as well as outdoor activities. Musically I'm a very varied appreciator who still respects the talent of the few artists he doesn't like. Filmwise again I'm pretty varied although maybe not as much. Tend to be a bit flitty in regards to romance but that's more about fears than wants. I do feel at my most comfortable in a relationship although I have a tendency to be knocked back a bit when a relationship ends, hence me currently being flitty. Hard to say what I'm looking for in a relationship partner since I've come across too many times when someone's described themselves in a way that sounds ideal and it's turned out they were anything but. Think that's about it really.
About what I said about fears. I have two very serious phobias, both phobias by symptom although not by cause. Together, they create a now almost irresistible aversion to leaving my flat and make me extremely cautious about committing myself to others. I do want to find that special someone but I'm aware that the odds are very much not in my favour. I'll still be more than happy to try and rebuild my social network though.
