Bisexual and free of gender bias I'm a 63-year-old bisexual looking for friendship, possibly more, with another man in my approximate age group. I am married and "out" to my wife about my bisexuality. I am politically liberal with respect to most issues, an agnostic and a vegetarian .I am very concerned about pollution, environmental degradation and climate change. Religious and political extremism, wherever it exists, also worries me.My "hobby," if you can call it that, is audio/video equipment, and I've put together a fairly impressive home theater for our enjoyment. A few years ago, my and I were amateur astronomers; our enthusiasm culminated with the purchase of an 18-inch dobsonian reflector. The thing weighs about 140 pounds, so we have done nothing with the hobby for some time.I enjoy reading, particularly sci fi and current events. I am a CNN addict, especially during the continuing oil spill disaster, which threatens my home state of Florida.I recognized my bisexuality in early childhood. Expression of my s----lity, regardless of a partner's gender, seemed to me a natural thing beyond anyone's reproach, and it still does.I have had a couple of close male friends in my life, and I miss that unique bond. Through this site, I hope to meet someone to socialize and converse with, and do things together that interest either or both of us. Life is too short not to share it with a friend.
