I'm an introvert. For me this means I get my energy by recharging alone and then spend it on people and activities I truly like. I'll charge up with a book, and then join friends at the beach. Or maybe I'll come home from a lunch meet up with them and watch Netflix for a while.
My mind generates thoughts quickly but it takes a bit to process outside information. It could take a minute more to respond because I want people to know I'm listening to and care about what they're saying. This makes me seem quiet, but I usually have things to say. I just don't like blurting them out without thinking, so sometimes group conversations can leave me behind. If it's just two of us, though, talking gets easier and deeper or easier and sillier
